Upload the Employee Posting Schedule PDF. The app reads names, dates, and start times right on your phone. End times default to 8 hours after start (adjust individual shifts if needed). The first upload needs internet for a moment to load the PDF reader; after that it works offline.

Coaching Log runs entirely on this device. All your employees, entries, and shifts are stored right here in the app — nothing is sent anywhere, no account, no internet needed for day-to-day use. Because of that, the data lives on this one device: use Export now and then to keep a backup.
